Okay, I really love to talk and write about how great and tasty veganism is, but there are more serious aspects, too.

I uploaded two videos at youtube. You can only find one of them there, because the other vid was flagged as "inappropriate" - thank you. Now I know it's perfectly okay to kill and eat animals, but showing pictures of the slaughter is inappropriate. Okay.

Vegan cupcakes....

...they really take over the world ;)

I am so glad that I invested the money in that book. It is so great and the cupcakes are so tasty. And they are really fast to make. 10-15 minutes for the pastry + about 20 minutes baking and they are ready to eat (without some frosting).

As you can see: I can only recommend the book.

Today's my 10th Vegetarianniversary

I can't believe it's really been 10 years since I decided to stop eating meat. It was the best decision ever (except for my decision to go vegan, of course!).

10 years - and I've still got my hair and teeth : P
